Intro

Hi, my name is Justin, and I am a 34 year old neuroscientist from Hawaii. I am currently based in the greater Boston area working as a postdoctoral fellow. I have over ten years of experience working in research labs, ranging in topics from cnidarian neurodevelopment to learning and memory in mammalian systems. Most recently, I have been interested in elucidating the role of high-frequency bursts of activity in the prefrontal cortex and how these events modulate activity in the hippocampus to support memory consolidation.
